Alaska's Education Challenge
The Alaska Department of Education & Early Development has set five goals to address Alaska's top educational challenges. SERRC offers a variety of services that align with these goals, with many professional learning opportunities to support Alaska's educators.
The first goal, one of the most important, addresses literacy. The goal is to "support all students to read at grade level by the end of third grade." SERRC has highlighted literacy-focused opportunities for professional development to make your choices easy.
