Kristy joined SERRC as the Workforce Development Coordinator in September 2024. She manages the Trades Training program and the MASST (Mature Alaskans Seeking Skills Training) program. These programs aim to connect Alaskan residents of various ages to educational opportunities or job training assignments that enhance the likelihood of residents becoming employed. Kristy has an educational background in psychology with a MA in Counseling Psychology. She previously worked in the mental health field as a wellness coach and is passionate about supporting people in taking actionable steps to better their lives.
