Christina Ferguson brings extensive experience in financial leadership, grant administration, and operational management to her role as Finance Director. With advanced training in government financial analysis, strategic budgeting, and project management, Christina is skilled in managing complex financial operations.
Before joining SERRC, Christina served as Administrative Services Director (CFO) for a large, rural community mental health program and local public health authority. Her experience includes implementing financial reporting mechanisms, supervising government audits, providing financial and administrative infrastructure support to local non-profit organizations, and developing data-driven strategies to enhance resource efficiency.
Christina has also held leadership roles in K-12 grant fiscal coordination, operational analysis, and data management, contributing to her expertise in public-sector finance. Passionate about promoting fiscal accountability and innovative solutions, Christina looks forward to supporting SERRC’s mission of empowering communities through quality services.
