Shelli Lincoln has been in education for 20 years, 18 of which were spent serving students and families in the Mat-Su Borough. Raised in Alaska, she brings a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by Alaskan students, especially those in rural and high-risk communities. As a dedicated school counselor, Shelli is committed to supporting students’ emotional, academic, and social growth through trauma-informed, student-centered care. She has extensive experience working with high-risk youth and their families, offering individualized support and crisis intervention with empathy and purpose. For the past two years, she has worked with SERRC, further expanding her impact across the state. While she has also held administrative roles, her passion remains in school counseling, where she continues to build strong relationships and advocate for students' success.
