Sarah Moreau, Regional Coordinator for SERRC's Youth Brain Injury Program, helps guide regional activity by building school district capacity for supporting students with brain injury. Sarah is a highly qualified Teacher for the Visually Impaired, with additional certifications as a Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist, and Low Vision Rehabilitation Therapist. She has more than 10 years of experience teaching and supporting students, has been a consultant both locally and nationally, and has held several leadership positions in professional organizations dedicated to serving people with blindness and visual impairments. Sarah's passion for serving youth with brain injury stems from the neurological basis of many visual impairments.
