Kristy joined SERRC in September 2024 as a Workforce Development Coordinator. She leads the Trades Training program and supports the Southeast Alaska region of the MASST (Mature Alaskans Seeking Skills Training) program, connecting Alaskans with vital education and job training to boost employment. With her MA in Counseling Psychology and background as a wellness coach, Kristy is passionate about empowering program participants to take actionable steps toward achieving their employment goals and building a better future.
