Christina Apathy (she/her) comes to SERRC from Thunder Mountain High School where she taught ELA 10 (World Cultures), Financial Algebra and Creative Writing/Acting for two years. She has worked in the Juneau School District in Special Education, as a long-term sub in ESL and Geography, and as a HOMEBRIDGE tutor. She holds an MAT in Secondary Ed from UAS, an MFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts Graduate Acting Program and a BA from Rollins College. Christina is a first-gen and hails from the Gulf Coast of Florida. She has lived in the Juneau community for 18 years and is a founding company member of Theater Alaska. Christina enjoys swimming and yoga, traveling, voice/dialects and writing poetry.
