Profile

Chris was named Executive Director in 2024. Previously, he served as a teacher, principal, assistant superintendent, and superintendent within the state of Alaska. During his time as superintendent he focused on improving the educational context for students by securing several large grants to improve instructional programming and upgrade critical infrastructure. He has extensive experience supporting the educational needs of Alaska schools and the students and families they serve.
