YESS (Youth Employment Services at SERRC)
The Youth Employment Services at SERRC (YESS!) helps youth 16-21:
- Find and keep a job
- Earn a GED or high school diploma
- Develop a career plan and employment goals
- Explore training and further education opportunities
- Gain job skills through PAID internships
YESS participants receive basic skills tutoring (reading, writing, math, etc.), assistance in completing their high school education, and coordinated support services to help them achieve their goals.
