Walden University Continuing Education
In an effort to help educators pursue their higher education goals without leaving the classroom, SERRC has partnered with Walden University to offer discounted tuition to Alaska’s educators who sign up for its Masters or Doctorate programs in education via SERRC.
Walden can also help educators identify loan forgiveness programs that may cover a portion or the entire cost of tuition. Grounded in research and evidence of best practice, the curriculum for this master's degree was developed in partnership with the American Association of School Administrators (AASA) and is endorsed by the Association of Educational Service Agencies (AESA). Masters programs include degrees in Education that focus on more than eight specialties (i.e. Curriculum Instruction and Assessment, Educational Leadership, Literacy and Learning, Mathematics, etc.)
