SERRC - Alaska's Educational Resource Center and the Center for Civic Education are proud to offer an ANCHORAGE ALUMNI course for past participants of the School Violence Demonstration Program.
This alumni course will delve deeper into the curricula and provide participants a wide array of tools to integrate the program into their classroom work. Participants who successfully complete the alumni course have the opportunity to earn two University of Alaska professional development credits and a $200 stipend. The course is free except for the UA course fee of $90.
Classes will take place from 4:30-9:00 (dinner provided) at the University of Alaska campus:
Wednesday and Thursday Evenings
September 22 and 23
October 13 and 14
November 3 and 4
Pre-Requisite: Successful completion of the School Violence Prevention Demonstration Program Course.
