SERRC's Board of Directors is comprised of school superintendents from Southeast Alaska and three advisory members from other regions thoughout the state. This 18 member committee provides SERRC with it's management, guidance, fiscal goals, and guidelines.

Improving student achievement in Alaska is SERRC’s top priority. Currently, SERRC offers more than 30 programs (many of which are free) that impact thousands of students every year.
SERRC – Alaska’s Educational Resource Center – has provided educational solutions and services to the Last Frontier for more than three decades.
